Green Hills AEA media vans provide two-day a week van delivery service to transport learning materials, written communications, lamination, printing, and equipment to buildings throughout our agency service area.
Effective July 1, 2025, districts without an active service agreement that includes van delivery will incur a $14 per stop shipping and handling fee for deliveries to/from their schools, excluding special education materials and equipment. If you are unsure if your district has access to these services, please contact your school administrator.
Van Delivery Details
- All delivery drop-off and pick-up locations are within or immediately outside of the school office.
- There is one drop-off and pick-up location for buildings containing more than one school. Please see the Van Delivery Schedule for more details.
- If no GHAEA media items are scheduled for delivery or pickup, van drivers will call in advance and only stop for mail and other items as necessary.
Agency drivers strive to complete all delivery routes in a timely manner. Delivery times and the two-day a week delivery schedule is contingent on road and weather conditions.

- For the safety of our drivers, if many schools and/or roads are closed, the AEA vans will not run their routes.
- The day following school closings and/or the closing of the Halverson Center for Education office may not allow for van delivery.
