The WebIEP program incorporates only standardized state-wide forms. There are several forms required by GHAEA which are not provided by the WebIEP or the state. These are available in a variety of formats below.

IEP Forms Translated to Different Languages
Key Iowa IEP forms are available statewide at Transact.  The Department of Education pays to be a part of Transact, and all Iowa educators (LEA and AEA staff) may set up a free account on Transact.  The IEP forms are available on the "EduPortal" section of this site, and translations are currently available in Spanish, Bosnian, Vietnamese, Laotian, Serbo-Croatian, and Arabic.
